I am trained in the Shiatsu, Tui Na, and Swedish massage modalities. I usually offer a hybrid of these on a donation basis. Getting bi-weekly or monthly massages helps your body relax and rejuvenate, so that you can return to your life refreshed. I would suggest a 120-minute massage, that way the entire body can be worked on (neck, shoulders, face, feet, arms, chest, legs, glutes, hips, ankles, hands, and back). Anything can be excluded, of course. If you choose to just do 60 minutes, then we will be targeting more specific areas as opposed to the entire body. I also work with another massage therapist, so together we are able to provide couple massages. I will consider trades for massage services as well.
